Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with leads and schedule demo calls each day
Manage the CRM system, including opportunity management and maintaining the sales calendar
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
Respond to client inquiries and concerns in an efficient way
Other administrative duties as needed
Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Familiarity with CRM systems
