Your Appointment Setter will make outbound calls to potential clients, follow up with leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. You will also manage the CRM system, including opportunity management and sales calendar maintenance. In addition, they will build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by providing exceptional customer service and promptly responding to client inquiries and concerns. They will have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable making several outbound daily calls. In addition, they’ll be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills to manage the CRM system effectively. Their ability to work well in a remote team environment is also essential.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments for the sales team.

  • Follow up with leads and schedule demo calls each day

  • Manage the CRM system, including opportunity management and maintaining the sales calendar

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients

  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in an efficient way

  • Other administrative duties as needed

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Familiarity with CRM systems
